1, Deposits are required to secure accommodation. These are charged at £20 per night per room. They are non-refundable in the same way as any accommodation deposit made on a holiday booking. (BUT, as we want you to come and see us or come back to us, we will, at our discretion, make a refund should we be able to re-let your room. Refunds will be calculated on a day-to-day basis.) Should you decide to cut short your booking, the £20 per night deposit will be withheld and refunded as above. Where no deposit is taken by credit/debit card at the time of enquiry, the room will be held only for 7 days whilst a cheque is sent. Due to people booking rooms then failing to turn up, we are unable to reserve accommodation without a deposit. It is strongly advised that you insure your holiday against unforeseen circumstances. Your Travel agent will advise
2, Prices quoted on the phone assume the occupancy rate is as stated by you at the time of your enquiry. I.e. should you enquire after a double room, you will be quoted per person, per night. Should you arrive alone, a surcharge will be levied. This surcharge is normally £10 per night, BUT may be up to double the single rate dependant upon availability of other accommodation. However we are adaptable so please speak.
3, Additional guests and visitors must be declared at their time of arrival to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations. They will be the responsibility of, and any costs will be born by, the original guest. Un-registered guests found staying overnight will be charged at the full rate. For safety reasons, we are required to know the number and identity of all residents & guests on hotel premises!
4, Child discounts are applicable only if sharing with 2 full paying adults. Any other discount deals offered are subject to our discretion and may be removed without prior notice
5, Payment is accepted by cheque only if accompanied by a valid Bankers card up to the limit of such card. We accept Visa, Barclaycard, Access, Switch, JCB, and Solo cards.
6, Rooms are available for occupancy from 2pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of your departure. Failure to vacate by the allotted time (without prior authorisation of the management) will result in an additional day's tariff being levied.
7, Terms quoted on the tariff are subject to alteration.
8, We do not have a lift at this establishment. All accommodation is either on the 1st or 2nd floors. Disabled access to the public toilet area is not the best. (We are however working at it!)
9, No rooms will be let after 10pm. Occupancy of the rooms should be taken up by 7pm unless prior arrangement has been made to the establishment to facilitate late arrival.
